In my previous post, I was looking out at my wonderful vintage caravan, Ellen – an endeavour that was truly a labour of love for me. A 1970’s caravan that came to me in a sorry state from Scotland. I lovingly restored her inside and out in 2018. Ellen had outings in 2019 and she certainly drew lots of attention. However, she never managed to venture far in 2020 with the pandemic. Ellen truly deserves to be out and about, enjoyed and loved by all so I have made the very reluctant decision to let her go. Exciting times lay ahead for her as she will remain mobile in and around Co. Galway in another vintage food/beverage related business. I will be watching her closely as she will always remain close to my heart…onwards and upwards Ellen. Best of luck Hannah – I really do wish you all the best in your new venture.
